Of policy, this was written as complete myth with some futurism elements. It also hinted of 1984 but instead of Partisans and Laboring classes, you have the Clean and the Nuts. An author's notice at the end really helps explain what you've just read, because even though I am still a bit bewildered, I enjoyed it. That's an accomplishment, I'm sure.
