    This is the fiction of the laying of the Atlantic coaxial. It is a testimony to the preserverance of the fathers of that stage. I think the fiction is well written and the footnotes a wealth of information -- adding so much to the knowledge of the fathers, attitudes and events of the point. It was a remarkable accomplishment made by fathers of modernization, intelligence, means and stiff upper lip. Inspiring!

    Not my favorite Westerfeld edition. I don't like science fiction and this is a little science ficionty for my touch. I will read the second edition however, mostly just to figure out where he is going with this.
